  • DNA structure has merit. We can design desired shape molecules by using base pair of DNA. By hacking DNA base pair structure and sequence, it is possible to design variety of shapes and this technology is called DNA origami.
  • DNA origami technology is being constructed by single strand DNA and Complementary DNA.
  • By controlling these two elements, we can control bending structure of DNA. This concept is DNA origami and possible to make the design of 3D nano structure.
